1. Return Period

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
2. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
3. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee.

This fee will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.
4. Items NOT Eligible for Return

Products purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are damaged due to use or not in original condition.
5. Return Request Process

Send an email to our support team at [your support email] with the subject "Return Request".

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the product.

Our team will respond with instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method (minus the restocking fee). Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
