Customs Taxation and Shipping
Customs & Import Taxes Policy
Duties & Taxes on Imported Goods
When ordering from Sport Flow, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How Customs Fees Are Calculated
Import duties and taxes vary based on:
✅ The total value of your order
✅ The type of product(s) purchased
✅ The country of origin of the goods
Most shipments valued at CAD $20 or more may be subject to duties and taxes. Orders over CAD $40 shipped via couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) could also incur brokerage fees.
Who Collects These Fees?
The Canadian government, not Sport Flow, determines and collects these fees. If applicable, your shipping carrier will notify you about any outstanding amounts before delivery.
Delays Due to Customs Processing
Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays in delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot control or expedite this process.
Refusing a Shipment Due to Duties
If you choose to refuse a shipment due to customs fees, your package may be returned to us. Any applicable return shipping fees or restocking charges may be deducted from your refund.
